I brought a dying laptop in to be saved. A fellow gave me a same-day free diagnostic and estimate. I opted to get a new computer but will come back in the future. It is rare to get a free diagnostic these days. Just call before you head in because sometimes they do house calls and won't be in the store.

Nabil was able to give me a free and accurate diagnosis before ordering the part I needed to repair my laptop. He didn't charge me for anything other than the part I needed. I was very satisfied with the service provided and will be returning with any future computer needs.
