Miles made a house call to diagnose problem and promptly removed, repaired and reinstalled desktop. Fair and reasonable charges. Extremely accessible and prompt for appointment with quick turnaround. Very, very satisfied. Highly recommend.

My experience with the owner, Miles Spisiak, could not have been better or more professional. On two separate occasions, he has saved me a tremendous amount of time, energy and $$ by finding simple, cost-effective solutions to issues I was having with my ThinkPad.
