He performed a septoplasty on myself which from the experiences I have heard from others is a surgery that comes with a lot of recovery and pain involved, with stitching/cotton etc., however i recovered within a week, no cotton or anything! There was minimal pain involved and the results were phenomenal, much better than I ever would have expected.
