I just wanted to spend the day inside because the interior design is stunning. Second, the specialists inside were welcoming and supportive. I had some laser hair removal done years ago and the staff at that place were very judgmental, pointing out all of my insecurities to sell me treatments. I didn’t finish what I signed up for because their attitudes drove me out. At Chapter, Analys walked me through every question I had about the procedure and skin care in general. She was patient, kind, and informative. Though this first time was a little overwhelming for me, she made me feel at ease with the treatment and interested me more in the world of aesthetics.
