Ricky is an amazing Massage Therapist!!! I brought my 85 year old father (who was visiting from FL) to him 3 times at the end of November and my Dad said it was the best massages that he's ever had! Ricky used various techniques to get deep into the muscles that temporarily released and relaxed the chronic tension, stiffness and pain in my Dad's shoulder and lower back! We highly recommend Ricky!!!

Dr. Halliday is a master of his craft and I would absolutely recommend him. He performed a septoplasty on myself which from the experiences I have heard from others is a surgery that comes with a lot of recovery and pain involved, with stitching/cotton etc., however i recovered within a week, no cotton or anything! There was minimal pain involved and the results were phenomenal, much better than I ever would have expected. Everyone who worked in the practice was extremely pleasant and was willing to work with me and answered any questions or concerns I had and overall his practice turned a stressful experience into a pleasant one. If you're in the market for anything ENT or skin related Dr. Halliday is your man.

Was in town for a wedding, and Jim really went out of his way to accommodate me when I threw out my back. He was very professional and my body immediately felt safe and relaxed with him. The work he provided helped loosen my back enough to be able to reset my spin, and I was able to dance at the wedding! He really went above and beyond, AND he also had great music! Definitely recommend!

Tracey is a talented hairstylist… excels in hair cutting with all of the new cuts as well as color .She listens to her clients and offers all the needed realistic hair possibilities for a great color,cut and style. Hired Dart Tree service to take down a number of large spruce trees and other on our Lake Property. He was timely and careful. He did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely. His price was fair for the amount of work that was done. We have had him do work before and it has always been great.
My husband and I visited for our wedding anniversary. What an experience. The spa is small and expensive, but well worth it. The quiet cove is a nice place to rest before service next to the fireplace or put your feet into the foot bath. Our service was too quick for the money paid. We booked a 50 minute couples massage that was more like a half an hour after they go through the essential oils presentation. We were able to spend a few hours at the aqua terrace. The hot tub/pool was nice. The day was sunny so to spend a few hours relaxing by the gigantic fireplace outdoors and get in and out of the pool was amazing. Bar service at the terrace. No need to carry money. They send everything to your end bill. Can use entire facility if you book a service which includes bikes to ride into town or around the property. Although the actual service wasnt what I expected, the facility and mostly the aqua terrace made up for it.Update December 2023Mirbeau is a high end spa and the best you can find in the Finger Lakes area. The Roman foot bath/meditating area is a nice relaxing area to unwind before a spa service. The hot tub area has its own tiki bar and light fare menu. We went to the wine bar for a drink after our massage service and the dining room and bar is very nice. The massage itself is one of the best I’ve had. Thank you to Ryan and Brenda who conducted our services when visiting the spa. Beautiful setting.
