I had a problem with a row of lights all being out. They pinpointed the issue and presented me with options for fixing it and the why for each - and didn't push anything on me. They had the inventory in the truck and made the repair on the spot. The electrician they sent was very cool even with my dogs barking from their crates. You may pay a slight premium over an independent electrician, possibly, but in return you understand the problem and can choose the best way based on your budget and needs to fix. This is my 4th time using.
