“Very understanding and accommodating. I had bought a suit at the JV mall but the tailor wasn't in, so I was in a pinch to have the pants taken up. Of course this was all last minute and I was leaving the next morning for a wedding. I was able to pick it up the next morning on my way to the wedding.“

“I’ve been going to them for years for all sorts of things that needed to be fixed such as cheer uniforms, clothes etc but this year I took my prom dress as it needed quite a few alterations. They did phenomenal with my dresses alterations. I had to take the sides of the bottom in a little bit to fix this part that supposed to look like pleading which was originally too big when I first got my dress in and it was just too baggy, and I had to have a bit of the top taken in (which was a mesh/sheer material) so it fit more snug and I had to have the straps pulled up a little bit, and he hemmed the front of my dress so I’m not stepping on it. Everything was done perfectly and at a great price. Cannot recommend them enough!! I included the before and after in my review !“

It was so nice to see Elvia greet us with her smile as she has been for the last 20+ years. Fortunately for us, while they were moving to their new location, their tailor was able to alter our daughters dress for her event and the owner delivered it tailored to our home! I've never had a business take such good care of us while they were so busy relocating. Their new location is easier to get to for us, but with delivery and pickup service it makes things easier and saves us time. Most importantly their quality is fantastic and they're amazing at getting stains out. 5 Stars!“

“great service and customer care here , but I have this add a correction to the previous review where they said Bedford cleaners and tailors wasn’t accommodating, I have gone there in the past even for last minute hemming on pants and they were able to do it.“

“This small business does not receive nearly enough credit for their seamstress and tailoring! I brought my wedding dress here for alterations and the staff treated me like family, taking extreme care and attention to my preferences and needs, especially for the amount of alterations being done to the dress. The quality of the work was incredible, so much so that I brought my bridesmaids in for alterations here as well. I will be recommending their services to anyone that is in need!“

My husband drove straight from the airport and Cesar got to work. He was able to alter both the pants and jacket in 1.5 hours. He was beyond friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced! We are beyond thankful that we found Cesar and his shop and will definitely return next time we are visiting West Point!“
