I had an old jacket that I am fond of but the zipper became stuck half way up the body of the jacket. No way that I could find to get around it except replace the zipper. So I went to Zara’s. The lady there was very accommodating, tried the zipper, and got it unstuck! She was so sweet about it all. And I have my 20 year old jacket back. Thank you
UPDATE: Countless alterations in and I'm still thrilled with the quality here. Trust them with anything! ORIGINAL: Excellent service! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the space is immaculate and well organized, and my alteration was exceptional.
The people who work here are great to work with. They were timely and diligent with their work. I had my suit tailored. The quality of work they did was impeccable. I will definitely be back.
