I have been a loyal long-time customer of Tiffany (she does amazing work, love her!) every two weeks. Unfortunately she went away and the other employees just don't care about the quality of their work. She set my appointments up for me to continue coming while she's away. After 3 appointments with someone else I finally had to say something today and the response was absurd. I was told I must only like the way she does them....The way my nails were done today and the previous two times by someone else are unacceptable. Dip powder is all over me, my nails are not even or filed at all really. The rushing through making sure they look decent while still taking over an hour...read full review

100% recommend! They saved the day for me. Was in the area for a wedding, had found a place to get my nails done. Unfortunately, they did a horrid job (whole other review). Left there & found Shirley Nail (after 6pm on a Saturday). Explained (showed) my problem. Was sat immediately and they removed the botched job. And gave me exactly what was needed. Beautiful clean salon. Thanks again!

First time coming here. The woman doing my mom's pedicure dropped one of the tools on the floor, picked it up, and continued to use it. This was after seeing her with the client before, digging in her nose with a tissue / blowing her nose, and didn't wash her hands/ change her gloves.

As for the polish job, my fingernails have air bubbles, and the toes, I told the woman who did my pedicure that my one toe needs extra padding because the nail curls under, she said yes, and then didnt add anything extra. The polish is all smudged where the nail touched the toe next to it.
