Always very nice, clean, honor appointments and try to get you started on-time. Nice selection of polishes, I go for either the lemon or basic pedicure, very good quality. They are never pushy in trying to sell upgrades or more expensive pedicures. I’ve also gotten basic manicures and water manicures with no polish and they were very attentive and not put-off by spending time on a less expensive procedure. Recently Olivia did my pedicure and she was great, and poor Amanda had to fix my big toe polish twice because I can’t pay attention and control my toes. My daughter and I have been getting our nails done at this salon for probably 10+ years. As I am reading these reviews, I am wondering how anyone can get a bad nail tech here. I have always had the experience of them putting the customer first.
The ONE time I went somewhere else because I needed my nails done and Simon had no availability I regret.
Their prices are not terribly expensive, and I’ve always been satisfied with the way my nails look, which is why I keep coming back. I’ve always had the impression that they strongly believe in customer satisfaction over anything else.
I will continue to come here to get my nails done!
