I had a problem and they came on short notice. Spent time trying to repair the system but it wasn’t going to work. So they came back the next day and installed a new furnace. Employees are very courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Got it all done 2 days before Christmas. The owner, Jonathan keep in touch with me throughout the process.
If I could put more stars on this review I would. The industry gets a bad rep for over charging and dishonesty but Jon at Comfort Ductwork Systems is one of the few that really care about people and customer satisfaction. I called him because the AC would kick on but no cold air would come through the ducts. He came to my home and was very honest, gave me a fair price and answered all the questions I had. As a homeowner, you try to do as much you can to save by watching DIY videos and pulling out the old toolbox but I was out of my element on this one. Jonathan was extremely professional and his price was very reasonable. He promptly gave us an installation date and the installation was done very well. I will be using his company to provide maintenance going forward.
