Amazing team. My daughter has been coming here since she was 3 years old. They are extremely patient with her and have watched her grow up. It’s like a second family to her and to us.

I am so happy that Fusion Fitness classes are now being offered at Pai's. It is a great workout with cardio kickboxing combined with strength training. The format is great and the instructors are so much fun and play great music! I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to combine fitness with fun!

Pai’s Taekwondo has been like a second home to me for 15 years, teaching me perseverance, hard work, and passion for the art. I can’t say enough about how incredible Master Lira is at teaching and guiding students! I can’t reccomend enough.
