PLEASE go see Jennifer the esthetician!!

I went to get a facial done in preparation for an event and it was an incredible experience. The esthetician, Jennifer, was a consummate professional. She went in depth asking me about my skin issues, products I used, and worked with me to find the right treatments that would work best for my skin type.

She was never pushy or trying to upsell me, and when it came down to the actual facial, fostered a very clean and safe environment. She was very gentle, talked me through the procedures, and even recommended some products for me.

I had a wedding on a Saturday and being out of town I wanted to get my hair blown out and curled for this event and Jenelle was so kind and helpful and even allowed me to come in before the salon even opened to get this done on such short notice. Bri was so wonderful and did an amazing job with my blowout and beach waves. I’m so appreciative of their service and accommodation! If you need your hair done in Schenectady they are amazing!
