My AC unit stopped working over a very hot holiday weekend. I called several HVAC first thing on Monday to see when I could get someone out to take a look. The majority of places were only able to get there later in the week. Kyle was the first to call back and said he could get there in the afternoon which was fine. He then called back and said that we could fit me in between appointments and was in the area. He arrived within 10 minutes. They immediately diagnosed the problem and had the capacitor on the truck. Lindsay Mechnical is simply the BEST. They use advanced software and state-of-the-art Samsung units (I spent weeks comparing these to other options). The work was done within days, and the attention to detail was surprising and welcome. Small stuff like matching the outside covers to my house, so I can barely see them. A perfectly fitted vent through a shelf for the unit in the study.
We got it installed before June and WOW! Our house is wonderfully cool. I can adjust the direction of the airflow on the Samsung units, they are almost completely silent, and I can't even hear the outside unit when I'm outside!
