I have not forgotten this man he was wonderful, and didn't give up. I had a really bad clog in kitchen sink. He came a while back and I recommended him to my sister. I personally thought he was down to earth and heavenly! He gave me tips being a single parent on preventing a disaster in the future. Loved him! I should have reviewed him sooner. Just thought prices were very reasonable.

Good price, was available next day. When I was dumb and forgot to mention another part of my toilet that wasn't working they were happy to drive out again and get the replacement parts needed same day. No notes!

Needed a whole house water shutoff valve replaced for my folk's house. I live out of the area and was only in town for a few days so had a small window in which to have the work done. Bill worked within my schedule, came out on time as promised, shut off the water at the street, and replaced two shutoff valves inside the house quickly and expertly. Can't speak to the price as I did not have time to shop around, but it seemed reasonable for the work that was done. Will not hesitate to contact Bill again for additional work when needed.
