Great experience. A professional service person accurately diagnosed problem with a Samsung refrigerator, offered an interim solution (overnight manual defrost), then came back with parts a week or so later and completed repair. All-in cost dramatically less than replacing the reefer. They are far better than Samsung's almost non-existent service.Service: Refrigerator repair

I have mixed feelings about this business. My oven door hinges did get replaced, that's all I needed, but it took two service calls and two months to complete. (waited one month for the first visit to diagnose the problem, and another month to order parts and come back. I told them what the problem was, it was obvious, and the model and serial numbers, so why not show up the first time with the hinges?) It was the customer service that was lacking. The person talked so fast that I could not understand, did not listen to me, and called to make sure that I knew I had to pay for this repair.
