My daughter has been attending taekwondo for 2 years now and she loves it. My only issue with this center is that they don't have classes specifically for teens. I would prefer my teen daughter to train with teens as well. As a mom of a teenage daughter I am not a fan of mixing teens with full grown adults in training. Just my opinion. I wish they can also schedule blackbelters to attend classes with students so if one has no partner they can easily join and be the partner in certain activity. As long as my daughter is happy and learning she will keep attending here.

My son has been a student here for over a year and I joined myself 6 months ago. We love the staff and the structure of the classes. There are camps during school breaks which are great, too. There is an atmosphere of respect and kindness among everyone who works and trains here and I highly recommend Schenectady Pai’s!

I love Pais!!! My 8 year old son has been going for about 8 months or so, and the amount of confidence he has gained is amazing. He always leave class in the best of moods. I rave about pais to EVERYONE I know.. lol. The instructors are great with the kids. They are encouraging, patient, and stern! But the kids respect them and looked up to them as positive role models. The kids seem to take constructive critism with no problem, because I truly believe that they know the instructors want them to do/be the best!! I really can't say enough about pais tkd.
