I usually have a pleasant experience here, but over the last few months there have been repeated issues with referrals being faxed to the wrong doctor, making it difficult for my child and me to get the correct appointment scheduled.
During a recent call, I was told the supervisor was handling the issue. I could hear the supervisor in the background acknowledging that the referral had been faxed to the wrong office, yet I was then told that I had called the wrong place. Apparently Albany Eye Associates and Children’s Eye were mixed up.
