“all metro cares about the money not your loved one. This is unbelievable, my family can't catch a break something always goes wrong with my grandmother due to lack of attention and care from staff. They aren't listening to my family about the terrible care my grandmother gets. They can improve by hiring people who work correctly and not sleep on their overnight shifts. They should listen to families when there is an issue . They should stop taking in clients because they are so under staffed. the list goes on seriously. my grandmother was injured and they are doing nothing about it and their staff was asleep on the job.!!!!!“
