I inherited Green Thumb service when I bought my house last year. The lawn I purchased was beautiful, but it steadily declined while under their care.

One of their technicians explained that, in an effort to keep costs down, the company had switched to a different treatment program. According to him, that resulted in a chinch bug breakthrough that left my backyard with large dead patches.

Green Thumb made a minimal attempt to repair the damage by spreading what seemed like a very small amount of grass seed, which never germinated. After that, communication essentially stopped.

I’ve used Green Thumb for a few years now. They’ve done a great job with my lawn. They are dependable and Dale is very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

My landlord continues to use these clowns. Over the last 2 years they have weed whacked bushes of flowers that I have been growing for multiple generations, various plants and vegetables. They have ripped apart a greenhouse I built that was actively growing squash and melons.These guys have no idea what they're doing and have no respect for anyone's personal property. Do not hire them if you value the plants you are growing. These are just a bunch of idiots with no brains who see plants and cut them.
