Great price staff friendly and attentive to the customer. had the glasses for about a year and have lost two screws, walked in both times greeted by a staff member and was promptly seen and screws were replaced at no charge. Highly recommend the Schenectady store.

This was the best eye exam I have had in years! Dr. Giovannone, was beyond thorough. In addition to a dialation of my eyes, she asked many health questions. She took her time and I never felt rushed! I also received excellent help in choosing my new frames. I can't wait to get my new glasses!!!

I feel comfortable in recommending this location, especially Dr. Alexander Nehas. I found her to be very thorough in her exam,explanations and customer care. I was very confident in the quality of the exam she gave me and for the first time in a long time the prescription seem to be perfect when I put the glasses on unlike other places, I’ve had to return so many times to have prescriptions adjusted ,lenses made differently but these the moment I put them on, I could see clearly, and there was a marked difference in the quality over past locations I’ve been to .
