Duell was amazing from start to finish, they were knowledgeable and transparent with everything. They did honest work for a great price and I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in the future.
I called on a weekend not expecting a call back because it wasn’t an emergency. They promptly called me back. They were more than willing to come on the weekend. But I had them come the next day. They were prompt efficient, and the serviceman was very polite. They were in and out extremely happy. I definitely would use these Duell Plumbing again.
Update 8/4/25... (Customer since 2020) They've now done an on demand combination hot water heater for our single family home, the best. They've fixed complex, insufficient drainage situations at our rental that were a nightmare to consider. They guarantee their work which is redundant considering the level of quality I'm used to receiving. Nate, Dan, and Steve and all the crews, thank you guys for taking care of my family!
