I never in my life write Google reviews, But starting with Jeffery at the front desk, to going in the technician room with Brandon, meeting Dr.Lynch, to cashing out with the Sales associate Khris. They honestly keep that store flow running smoothly and thoroughly. From the moment I walked in Khris greeted me with comfort and confidence, he walked me through the entire process from start to finish & honestly I couldn’t be more satisfied with his customer service. That America best crew definitely knows what they’re doing. Keep up the good work.

From start to finish -- front office, technician and the doctor were professional and cordial. They provided what I needed, answered my questions, and offered services without high-pressure selling. I've been a few America's Best locations and this is my favorite.

Absolutely great..had gone to the Colonie one which was awful, was greeted by someone you can tell didn’t want to be there,was treated like I was “beneath them”and didnt even get to do the exam because the video portion wasn’t available but no one decided to call ahead and allow ME to decide if I wanted to wait to see if it would work or reschedule. I decided to try this location and so happy I did the difference was huge! Beautiful office, everyone was
pleasant and helpful it felt like they enjoyed what they did , The Dr was amazing also definitely go here.
