We just had our awning installed on Wednesday. Donna and Brooke in the office were friendly and helpful. The purchase and installation was a very positive experience. Ed patiently went over all our options as we were making our decisions. We went with the fabric choice Ed recommended and I'm so happy we did. Airin and Noah installed the awning in a timely manner, answered all my questions and explained the operation of the awning perfectly. I love the awning and look forward to enjoying it for many years.

The Reynolds group just installed a new front porch Awning. Airin and Trey did the instillation. Those two did a great job. They are polite, they explained everything, answered every question we had. They hid the wires that go to the motor. They picked everything up after, you would never know they were here. I highly recommend the Reynolds Group. The sales team are great. The staff are easy to talk to and their installation team are the best.
