The Reynolds Group was absolutely great from my first call to inquire about a pellet stove right through the installation. Donna, Ed, and Matt are all very knowledgeable about the products and were a pleasure to deal with. They responded promptly to messages and Matt and Zack did a wonderful professional job on the installation. Matt provided a great walk- thru of operation and maintenance of the stove before they left. Can't recommend this company highly enough.
The only one complaint that I would have for new clients having the ability to set up an appointment without calling in directly, being that I am not currently an client, but I would like to try this Hair Salon. Some people have difficulties socializing with outside businesses therefore making the only contact option to call, not exactly the more favored option, well the only for this Hair Salon, and the only contact option is not the most popular selection, so maybe an though on updating the contact option. Specifically emailing option, as well as text messaging options, especially in todays day and age. With all forms of contact for humans to be through emailing, direct messaging, Facebook messaging, and or regular text messaging using your personal private cell phone.
I'm so grateful to Bald Eagle Inspection Services for coming to the rescue. Asbestos Floor Tile (partially removed) was suspected by our flooring contractor. The job was "on hold" until the Floor Tile could be tested for asbestos. Jason - though VERY busy - answered my request on a weekend and came out to take samples of the floor tile. He expedited the testing with the lab and within a week we had the results. Jason is such a Pro we knew we were in great hands. I would give Bald Eagle Inspection Services 10 stars if I could. Fantastic company!
