I’ve used this company more than once and it’s always a pleasant experience. I like that you get to work with the owner Joe to discuss design options. There are no pushy salespeople! He helped me decide what was best for my property and provided quality materials and installation at a fair price.

We had Vanderbilt replace our back fence in April and we couldn’t be happier. Christian showed up on time and gave us a competitive estimate. We scheduled 2 weeks later. The installation team was all anyone could ask for…prompt, hardworking, clean and experts at their craft. The men worked for 6 hours straight and didn’t even break for lunch. They took away our dilapidated fencing and replaced it with a beautiful one. One of the workers even fixed the gate to the backyard that had given us trouble for years; it now closes quietly and completely each and every time. A minor miracle in my book! Joe Makinen and his staff have volunteered every year at our Sayville Chamber Summerfest and put yards and yards of snow fencing up around the carnival to keep the kids safe as well as the wine and beer tent. He sponsors his local community which means the world to us!
