Richard corrected the color & missing parts of my previous eyebrow tattoos done poorly at a different business many years ago. He also fixed the missing tip of my tattooed eyeliner. He is an amazing artist.
Matt very professionally coordinated the whole experience & aftercare instructions.
The touch up was included & made sure I had great results.

He is one of very few (if any) in the area that specializes in Guy Brows which are very different than how it should look on women. Very Very happy with the results and regret not doing this small procedure years ago. I had the pleasure of visiting Richard Victor’s Permanent Cosmetics for microblading. I could not be happier. I have had microblading done in the past, where I paid more, and was not as happy with the results. Richard Victor is a talented artist. His work is meticulous and the results beautiful. He is kind and patient, and he truly listens to what you want. He offers advice and takes his time. He is gentle and I did not experience any uncomfortable side effects during or after my procedure. You do not feel rushed and you will know that he truly cares and wants you to be happy with the results. His business partner, Matt, was extremely conscientious. He kept in constant touch with me to make my appointments and to check on my progress. I recommend this salon with a great deal of enthusiasm! The best!

At 79 years old, my skimpy brows have been the bane of my existence so I finally decided to research having them “fixed”. Made an appointment with Richard Victor. First I met Matt who is so sweet, put me at ease immediately, made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Then I met Richard, who is an absolute doll and I was ready to go! I am over the moon happy with my new Powder Brows! Richard did a spectacular job! I feel so confident and youthful! The shape is gorgeous! I had powder brows done a recently and I'm absolutely in love with them! They're the perfect solution for anyone who wants fuller, more defined brows without having to go through the hassle of filling them in every day. The process itself was really easy and painless. I was a little nervous at first, but Richard and Matt are really experienced and talked me through the whole thing. Richard also made sure to choose a color that was perfect for my skin tone and hair color. The color really brings out my eyes than ever before.
The healing process was also really easy. I just had to keep my brows clean and lightly moist for a few days, and then I was good to go. I was a little worried that they would be too dark at first, but they faded to a perfect natural color after a few weeks.
If you're considering getting powder brows, I highly recommend them and Richard to do them. Mine are symmetrically perfect. My original brows never look this good. They're the perfect solution for anyone who wants fuller, more defined brows without having to go through the hassle of filling them in every day. For me this was a self-esteem boost and I am so happy I found a great artist to do them.

Edit: I am currently healing from my touch up appointment and the color matches my hair to the T. I can’t get over the symmetry and how natural they look. I'm so happy with them. This has been a great investment in self care. Richard I will definitely refer you to anyone and everyone!!!
