The only plus is its opened on Sunday. I was offended with the gay pride flag in the window. Totally unprofessional. The wait was not so bad until we were put into a room and waited for 45 minutes until made a fuss and they got a Dr in to see us. Next time I will go to the ER this place is unprofessional and nonchalant about everything.

I took my daughter to CityMD for a sore throat and was concerned by the infection-control practices I observed. The nurse who brought us from the waiting room was already wearing gloves and continued wearing the same pair while escorting us to the exam room, taking her vital signs and using the computer. She did not wash her hands or change gloves until I specifically asked her to do so before swabbing my daughter for strep. After the swab, she left the room wearing the same gloves and touched the door handle on her way out. As a healthcare professional myself, I found this concerning and not consistent with basic hand hygiene and glove-use standards. I hope CityMD reinforces these practices with staff.

Especially considering the amount of patients this site sees every day, the staff is very friendly and attentive. I am especially thankful to Alyssa who made my experience easy and comfortable. If I could have her be the one I see anytime I went to an urgent care I would! Thank you Alyssa:)
