Yasmine is amazing! My sessions at White Pine Wellness have always left me feeling rejuvenated, healthy, and relaxed. I have a neck injury that Yasmine navigates well through verbal communication and feeling out my bodies needs.
Lastly, I have added Reiki to my last three sessions and it has been life changing. I feel connected to Yasmine, as well as my mind and body. I highly recommend these services.
Yasmine has changed my life! Getting on a regular schedule with her has been the best self care practice for my performance mentally and physically. Each session we check in with how my body feels, any soreness or problem spots, and how life events might be affecting it before starting. She adapts and focuses on different techniques as needed. I always walk away feeling light and at peace in my own body. ❤️✨
