I can’t say enough about this place! Olivia, the massage therapist and Dr. Adam the Chiropractor are both talented, kind and highly competent practitioners. Fran, the office manager is genuinely warm and helpful. I’ve also never experienced such responsive customer service in a medical setting.
I am incredibly grateful that they accept no fault insurance as they are the only place in the area that does, that I’m aware of. I imagine this requires them to spend a lot more time trying to get the insurance companies to pay for the services that they claim they will pay for. Dr. Favro and his staff are wonderful! I recently started seeing him to address my TMJ dysfunction (TMJD) after a recent Botox treatment left me with a frozen face. It’s my first time seeing a chiropractor. The treatment also has helped to alleviate my back and neck pain. I wish I had known earlier about this treatment option for TMJD!
Dr Favro is wonderful to work with. He is very patient, and took the time to understand my health issues. He went above and beyond to create a plan to help alleviate my pain that we are working through. My experience has been great!
