I booked a facial with Jhoanna without really knowing what my skin needed, and she completely exceeded my expectations. She took the time to assess my skin and customized the treatment based on what would actually benefit me most. She was gentle, intuitive, and clearly very knowledgeable. The products she used left my skin feeling absolutely amazing—I walked out feeling so clean, refreshed, and exactly how I had hoped to feel.
My massage with John was just as impressive. He was incredibly intuitive and seemed to know exactly what my body needed in the moment. The room itself was beautifully set up and instantly calming—he truly transported the experience to what felt like a peaceful beach in Hawaii. The Lomi Lomi–style massage, paired with a custom playlist, made it feel completely personalized and deeply relaxing.
The entire experience was exactly what I needed to reset. I will absolutely be rebooking with both of them and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a thoughtful, elevated experience.
