Waiting over an hour for a haircut when I joined the waitlist, got ticked down to 6 minutes and headed to the salon. When I arrived I was deleted off the list and had to join the almost hour waitlist again. This is a terrible business model and no wonder these franchises often fail. If you are going to invest in all this tech, you should at least call, email or text and make sure the person is still coming before you remove them and maybe let them refresh or say they are on the way. I’m not going to sit in here for an hour waiting when I can be doing other things. What’s the point of the waitlist!? The timing isn’t accurate anyways. I also had no apology of any sort or an offer to rejoin the line where I was. “We’ll get to you.”
