We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Spa Septic for our prepurchase inspection. They arrived before the appointment time, and after an explanation of what they would do, they began locating the tank. While our home inspector took us through the house, Spa Septic completed the full inspection. Upon completion, we were informed of their findings and the potential costs.As promised, we received a detailed report before the end of the night. We now know how to proceed!
