The duplex townhouse we recently bought had a 34 year old roof and desperately needed replacement.Brian, the general manager, was our point of contact. What a sweetheart of a guy! Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The place was spotless when they finished.Brian has a good sense of cosmetics on the house and he wrapped the windowsills and replaced a rotted piece.
