I am a patient at Saratoga Smiles and have had such a great experience with the staff & doctors. I recently had a very painful & sever toothache over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I called and they were able to get me in to see the doctor within a couple of hours and extract the aching tooth. I’ve never had so much fun at the dentist, which is saying a lot considering the procedure was a wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor & assistant did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable and eased my anxiety. They were also very thorough with the post op instructions. Highly recommend!

Was extremely happy with the dental assistant and the dentist himself. Sad we won’t be able to continue because my dental phobia was no where near as bad as it is other places because of the assistant and the dentist. Great team. but the woman I just dealt with on the phone, Patty, is super combative and defensive and flat out rude. She left me voicemails today saying she was running the finance for $4143, I have the voicemail. When I called and asked why the estimate went up and why I was even being charged that to begin with since that was the higher of the two estimates because no one knows for sure I even need a crown it’s a slight crack that could be fixed with a filling(hence the smaller original estimate and the dentist only did the other estimate in the extreme case I do need a crown but said himself he doubts it would need one) she got combative and told me that was never said on the voicemail that it was $4143, that’s not not true, the estimate was $38xx. I said ok well you called a couple of hours ago and literally said it was $4143. She continued to argue and say she didn’t. I have the voicemail, it’s recorded. I won’t argue about it. Wish I could post it here but not an option. Cancelled the appointment because unfortunately it isn’t an option to only deal with the dental assistant and the dentist. Michelle was also super helpful everytime I calls. But this Patty lady, no thanks. And from other reviews off of Facebook she does seem to be the issue in the office. Oh well. Little tip Patty. Don’t leave voicemails if you want to argue about what was said on them. You can say sweetheart or whatever all you want at the end of the sentence it doesn’t change the facts. And the fact is those words absolutely came out of your mouth and are on a RECORDED VOICEMAIL🤣. Have a great day

I have been a patient for 3 years . I am pleased with the results but not the staff . I have never felt so unheard at a physician office. During one of my procedures I kept waking up ( I believe this caused Dr. Dennis to leave a piece of my tooth lodged in my gum). I called after the surgery and was told by Patty that she did not believe that I could be in pain and she was not going to bother the DR with my concern.i ended up have surgery while on vacation to remote the fragment. I did not return to the office for 9 months . When I finally agreed to take the next step only if I did not deal with Patty … she called me multiple times.patty is very patronizing and thinks she is a Dr. when I agreed to the next surgery I specifically stated that I need a stronger dose of sedation so not to have similar experience. Upon picking up my presurgical meds I noticed not only was antibiotic that I’m allergic to was prescribed the sedation medication was the same as the previous. I AM DONE!

My first impression was good. I was greeted immediately upon entering by the most friendly staff. The waiting area was modern and clean. The hygienist I met next was very kind, and professional as well as knowledgeable. She explained everything I could have possibly asked about. Dr Dennis was just as kind and professional, he made his assessment and offered me choices based on his professional opinion on what would be best for me. The entire appointment was neither rushed nor did it feel like I was just another customer. I will be having some work done and will leave another review after it.
