I had been practicing yoga for many years, but Judy's Joy of Yoga studio is where I really fell in love with yoga! The studio is located in the downstairs level of the arcade building. Judy's classes use a lot of music, and she teaches a Kripalu style yoga that gets your energy moving evenly throughout your body. There is a close attention to the breath. I always leave her class feeling energized, balanced and relaxed at the same time, what a gift!
