I don't usually write reviews but in this case I feel the need to write one. I came to Jennifer for the first time to have my hair highlighted. I showed her a picture of what I was looking to achieve. A picture of light, reddish brown highlights to be placed in my medium brown natural hair color. What I got was brassy yellow orange stripes with white stripes mixed in...absolutely awful! The lighting in the salon isn't full of natural light so when she finished I couldn't really make a correct assessment. So this is my second time getting the Keratin treatment done by Jen - another amazing job! I highly recommend her because she is experienced and educated on the keratin process. After multiple washes my hair still feels AMAZING and the frizz is practically gone! I would also recommend using the keratin shampoo and conditioner. It definitely makes a difference. Jen is down to earth and a fun conversationalist which made the few hours fly by!:) Thanks for taking such good care of me, I’ll be back soon!
