I don't usually write reviews but in this case I feel the need to write one. I came to Jennifer for the first time to have my hair highlighted. I showed her a picture of what I was looking to achieve. A picture of light, reddish brown highlights to be placed in my medium brown natural hair color. What I got was brassy yellow orange stripes with white stripes mixed in...absolutely awful! The lighting in the salon isn't full of natural light so when she finished I couldn't really make a correct assessment. When I got out in the natural light with a mirror I was horrified...I looked like a clown! I expressed my displeasure with her via txt, she told me that she doesn't know my hair and offered to make corrections. I feel that she should have not have let me left looking like this and did not trust her to make a correction that would be positive. I instead was able to fix this on my own, but its only temporary until my long hair grows the mess out. It will be a year and I am still dealing with it. I can not be any more displeased and still angry about how awful it is. All the reviews I had read on their website were positive, not one bad one. Why is this....because they delete the ones they don't like. I do NOT recommend going to Moxy, at least not to Jennifer...I think she may still be training.

So this is my second time getting the Keratin treatment done by Jen - another amazing job! I highly recommend her because she is experienced and educated on the keratin process. After multiple washes my hair still feels AMAZING and the frizz is practically gone! I would also recommend using the keratin shampoo and conditioner. It definitely makes a difference. Jen is down to earth and a fun conversationalist which made the few hours fly by!:) Thanks for taking such good care of me, I’ll be back soon!

I get bright blond highlights and she does a wonderful job bringing my vision to life- the right shade of blond and the technique of application. Missing her something fierce right now during the quarantine. Can’t wait to get back in her chair.

I’ve gone to Jennifer for 10 years . In the past year and half she has cancelled my appointment 5 times. When I’ve had an appointment I’ve never gotten in right on time unless I’m the first client of the day . I am always waiting on average 15-20 minutes past the start of my appointment.

Friendly and comfy atmospher! I went to Jen for color correction, based on reviews, I'm so happy with the results. Jen took the time to understand what I wanted, explained every step she did and the cut and color are beyond my expectations. Don't hesitate if your looking for color specialist - this is the place to go. The friendly staff and other customers was a bonus for an enjoyable time in the salon.
