Gold Tiger Tattoo absolutely earned every star. The staff made the whole experience feel more like hanging out with hilarious, talented friends than sitting through a tattoo appointment. Meh they wanted to charge us $120 (plus we'd tip) for a small smiley face on a finger. That's LUDICROUS. Having a shop on Broadway is not an excuse to take advantage of people. No thanks!
