I went in to get a manicure with a gel polish. It was rushed and the girl kept talking to herself. One day later I have already had one nail peel off and many nails are uneven including uneven polish. She didn’t clean up around my nails after so I had to file them myself when I got home: Getting nails done is not cheap!! Very dissatisfied. Will not return.

Went in for tips and anc, they speak in Chinese there back and forth VERY rude especially when its about an issue that is being had. Woman did not grind enough excess down. Left nails looking clumpy and clearly not natural looking. Also left polish all around the outer parts of nails just a mess. Will not be back. Definitely a communication barrier.

My daughter had tips and ANC and the woman did a good job. The woman who did my pedi and ANC (no tips) was rough, used the callous remover on my bone and shaved my skin to an open wound. I don’t believe the tools were sanitized nor was the pedi station cleaned after she was done. I have a rash on the top of my foot that is itchy. She hurt both of my big toes with the tools, I felt like it was her first time using these tools even just by the manner in which she was holding them. She just kept saying “sorry, ok?”. In all actuality I should have stopped her immediately and left but I didn’t. She did a decent job with keeping the ANC material on the thinner side....read full review
