We had Jim Cappola come a few months ago to fix a very frustrating & unusual electrical issue that we put up with for over a year. Certain lights in our home would just decide to go out whenever they had a mind to & come back on months later, or weeks.....we just never knew when it would go out, how long it would go out, stay out or come back on. Just crazy insane! Drove us nuts; that is until Jim came. He was professional, personable, determined, committed & fair. He returned my husbands call quickly & was here in no time & he was on time. Initially contacted Jim when we encountered faulty wiring connections in the house we purchased which were never corrected by the previous owners (their second home). Jim immediately diagnosed where the wiring was incorrect and fixed the problems. Subsequently with a significant project in the basement where we’re installing a sauna, dressing area, shower, etc. we contacted Jim again. He installed a needed supplemental control panel to handle the 240v heater, and wired up 3 new plugs, two sconces, and he moved a ceiling light. The work was done easily in a day and was so neat one couldn’t tell where the new wiring was.
