Bill Cole is amazing! He fixed my son’s oboe in an emergency, we bought a really nice used tenor sax from him and he fixed up my son’s alto sax today. He is always patient and has time to provide advice and information. It’s always fun to spend time in his shop.

Came in for a leaky flute pad, got it fixed and oiled in less than a minute! He didn't charge me since it was such a quick fix. My flute sounds perfect, I will be returning for piccolo servicing.

Bill and his staff are wonderful. I have brought an oboe in multiple times for pads and adjustments and he has always been accommodating and tries hard to meet my schedule. He also is very into public service committing himself to musical charities which you can support. He has some great stories about the musicians that have Performed in the area and for whom he has done work. It is a real asset to have him in the area.
