Tony helped me finish my floors that someone else started and didn't finish. I was also on a time schedule. I was asking a lot of him and didn't expect much since I called 2 other well known floor finishers who still haven't returned my call a week later. I also had a handyman who left us in a mess. Tony came the next day. He worked so hard and so long each day to get it done. What I never expected was the job he did. He made my old, stained, scratched and barely sanded floors look like brand new. He also managed to keep my newly painted floor boards clean from any stain. He cleaned up every day after he finished. Tony just refinished about 1,000 sq feet of flooring for us and did an excellent job. He completed the job in about 4.5 days which was incredible. Very friendly guy and did great work for a great price. Highly recommend.
With the condition of Bob's floor, after my visit it is easly 97% better on the floor i did do complete. The one swirl mark was caused from not cured or dry polyurathan after somebody else failed at the floor because he made the first guy put to much, oil based polyurathan and left some garbage in some spots on the floors and thats what caused the spin mark. Bob lied and said it was done 2 years ago, from 3 rooms of garbage to one spin mark you have to get dwn and look hard for you to see it. The floor I did sand will look 100 percent because it was sanded 100% up to base boards very lite damage to baseboards and I always warn costumers about it.
