The customer service here is outstanding! I went to over half a dozen tile shops in the Capital District and most employees barely acknowledged my presence. In January we first met with Stanley who spent a great deal of time with us and answered our many questions about products and colors. Stanley explained every detail about tile installation that we were doing ourselves. We decided to paint our cabinets but I knew I would come back to this business and it's helpful staff.
