I was a Grandfathered hair, skin and nail technician. Due to unfortunate life situations I have been unable to keep up my license. I had a great woman that always was to do a perfect job on my hair . I met my husband and moved up to the North County 18 years ago and she and I are such a distance apart, that I had to look for a new person or persons, that could do my hair ect... Finally I found Hayley and Patty at Sharper Image a year ago. They were great with me. So patient and understanding. I am a picky person when it comes to my appearance. They do a great job. This Nicole Person took a cut from a Girl just out of school. That's a big chance. I know from experience....read full review

I go here every 2 weeks to get my nails done. Best service that Ive gotten. Never have messed up a hair cut. They did recently have a new girl who was messing up haircuts but I heard shes gone now. Hayley and Patty are the best hands down in Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. The post before me was about that girl. If you ever have an issue here Patty and Hayley more than compensate for it. We dyed my hair once and I had a bad reaction. Hayley fixed the problem and re-dyed my hair no extra charge even though it wasnt her fault, it was my bodys. Ive been going here for 2 years every 2 weeks. If you can trust any review its this one.

Great place. Very welcoming and awesome at cutting hair. Haley and patty are always smiling, it makes me feel so good to come in here and get pampered by the nicest women. They both do an awesome job. Absolutely love this place. Everyone has got to check it out!!!!!
