My wife and I did a couples massage and the experience was amazing. The facilities maybe small by spa standards but the people made up for it in skill and energy. Also if you have the opportunity to try the cupping massage it’s worth every penny in my opinion.
Absolutely loved my massage at Ampersand! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, luxurious amenities and my masseuse, Jess, was phenomenal! Highly recommend, and will definitely be going again!
If you’re in the Lake Placid area and looking for spa services, THIS is the spa to go to! It’s the best one in the area from my experience and worth the 15 minute drive from mirror lake/lake placid. My husband and I had a couples deep tissue message with complimentary cupping done by Kenzie and Stephanie and they were phenomenal! The spa provides a relaxing atmosphere with ambiant lighting and a huge selection of Harney and Sons teas. There’s a huge steam room and wonderful rainfall showers in the women’s locker room with lots fabulous smelling products to use and everything was really clean.
