Worst haircut I've ever gotten. She ignored what I told her to do, cut my hair way too short, missed spots and made me look worse than when I walked in. Made an appointment when I first moved to Saranac Lake at the very end of 2018 with the owner. I had made an appointment for a simple bang trim. The owner Liz (she had curly shorter hair at the time) chopped off the long parts of the front of the entire front part of my head. She yelled at me for trying to be friendly with her dog when she allowed it to roam freely in her shop. She ruined the entire front of my hair for almost a year to grow it back. Then she tried to charge me for a full haircut, telling me the length of the sides of my head she cut off were why she was overcharging me... ummmmmm??!!! I love Liz for my cuts! Walk in with a general idea of what you want chopped and walk out looking fresh as *******! Her sidekick Abby kicks some serious butt too! P. S. Always great conversation.
