“I had a brand new couch I had to put into storage and when I went to empty my storage, the whole unit had been infested with mice. My couch had rust, mice feces etc on it. It was in brand new condition upon going into storage. This company worked with me to find a day perfect for our schedule and saved my couch. It looks brand new again. Since it was closing time around the end of the day she advised that the soonest someone could arrive was the following day (which was expected). She told me she would work her hardest to squeeze me in an already-packed day with one of her estimators. She called me back the following morning to advise what time the estimator could be there based on his route and followed up again later in the day via phone call. We ended up using another local roofer to help us but Alison was so professional, sweet, helpful, and very communicative!
