“Kyle was a literal life-saver for me with my situation as I am currently dealing with an eviction with my tenant. My tenant was pulling a classic tenant litigation strategy where they bring up an issue last minute to avoid evictions and caused the furnace to shut down on the unit due to temperature tampering. Mind you this Goodman furnace is relatively new.

I've had two other contractors look at it one stating motherboard is dead and needing a replacement of the unit and the other stating a new control board would be needed which would cost $400 total in parts and labor. Kyle on the other hand was able to diagnose the issue on the spot being the transformer needed as it has no 24 volts going into the unit and had informed the unit is under warranty still therefore it was just a service call and labor.

It was relatively quick easy fix and the furnace was up and running like normal again with the unit powering on and blowing hot air again. I highly recommend Kyle due to this commendable service and with the pricing being fair and just right. You can't go wrong by giving Kyle a shot and having him look at your situation and going from there.“
