We had an outstanding experience with KMW Contracting and owner Kyle Wellsby. We were having problems with our RV rooftop air conditioner, and Kyle came out to diagnose the issue. He spent a considerable amount of time running multiple tests and thoroughly troubleshooting the system. Unfortunately, he determined that the unit had completely failed and, because it was a sealed system, it could not be repaired.

Rather than simply telling us we needed a new unit, Kyle took the time to evaluate our options and presented several replacement choices, each with very competitive pricing. Once we made our decision, he scheduled the installation quickly and completed the job professionally.

If you need for A/C, Furnace or Gas Fireplace cleaned or serviced, I recommend Kyle and his company, KMW Contracting.
Kyle not only answered my call
-out on Nextdoor, was punctual and he did an excellent clean job servicing my gas fireplace and A/C. He also is very reasonable with his pricing and very friendly.

I called Kyle after reading his stellar reviews. He answers calls promptly and came out the next morning and repaired my boiler, which needed a few things done. I called him a second time to come out because I had a gas leak in my house. The work he does is beyond outstanding, he is extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest and explains everything. He does not charge extra for off times and his price could not be more reasonable. I have recommended him to many neighbors and friends and he will always be my go-to. If you have any HVAC problems he should be your first call!! Thank you Kyle❤
